Community Collective
People who show up.
A loose network of makers, thinkers, carers, and wanderers, held together by shared values, not shared addresses.
What the Collective is
The Sadharana Collective is not a membership programme. It is not a club. It is a living network of people who have found each other through the work: through Vanantara, through Whispers, through the spaces we hold.
Some live in Goa. Some pass through once a year. Some have never visited but contribute from wherever they are, with their skills, their attention, their care.
What holds the Collective together is not geography or profession. It is a shared orientation: toward presence, toward honesty, toward the kind of connection that doesn't require performance.
Who is in it
Builders
People who make things with their hands: structures, food, gardens, objects. Those who understand that care is expressed through craft.
Healers
Practitioners of bodywork, movement, medicine, and listening. Those who know that healing is not a transaction.
Artists
Musicians, writers, visual artists, performers. Those who use form to say what language can't.
Educators
Teachers, facilitators, researchers. Those who understand that learning is a relationship, not a delivery.
Carers
People who work with animals, children, elders, land. Those for whom care is not a profession but a way of being.
Wanderers
Those between things: between places, between identities, between what was and what might be. Always welcome.
How it works
There is no application form. No criteria. No committee. If you feel drawn to this, write to us. Tell us who you are and what you are moving toward. We will write back. From there, things unfold at their own pace.
No hierarchy. Everyone contributes what they can, when they can.
No obligation. You are not required to be anything other than yourself.
No performance. This is not a network for networking.
Join the Collective
Tell us who you are.
We are not looking for credentials or achievements. We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in what we are building, and who have something to offer, even if they are not sure what that is yet.
